Told 4 month wait for safety recall parts was ok, was not for safety reason. Specifically, I received a SAFETY RECALL in June, was told parts were on backorder and I would be called when available. In October I went in for annual service and inquired about recall parts. Was told by service person that recall was not really for safety as a stall technique and told I would again be placed on a list.
