We asked Nick we would like to get a loan from A certain bank and when we went in the loan and Anthony went with another bank at a higher rate so mind you we are not happy. We arrived early, they took us in and registered us. Sent us to waiting room while car was being worked on. NYS Insp, oil change and tire rotation . Finished in about an hour and we were on our way. Great job Joe Basil Service Dept.

I can't thank you enough. I was traveling from Mass to KY when my car developed power steering and bearing problems. Tyler and the rest of the guys came to my rescue and were able to get my car back on the road in record time. What a great team you have. They were amazing!!

The service advisor, Jake Ernst, was very accommodating but the service department wasn’t able to remedy my issue as I was told they need to receive a fix from Chevrolet. Jake said I would be notified when they have a solution. I will wait to hear from the service department. Hopefully that will be soon.

The people that I encountered were very nice but I didn't get an OTD price which I requested but did not demand and the financing was not calculated to my advantage or in other words my payment is now higher than what should be or was expected, therefore, what I believed to be a good deal turned out not to be...I am a senior female living on an extremely fixed income which they were completely aware of‼️ I did my own simple math calculations i.e. amt to finance + interest rate which is not the deal I received‼️ ...

I bought a brand new 2024 Chevy Equinox in April of 2024. After a couple months I noticed the carpeting in the front were always wet. I took it to Joe Basil and there was mold under the weather tech floor matts. Explains why I was so sick and hospitalized. I also have COPD. They replaced the carpets and fixed the air conditioning lines that were leaking into the car. They sprayed the car with some disgusting sanitizer. I tried to get them to replace the vehicle or buy it back, but they refused. They want me to trade it in and ...

Kristen setup the appointment with Ken who passed me on to Bill. Was shown several models, but Bill fit my finances perfectly by recommending the 2018 Trax, that I drove off the lot the same day, and work with Doordash the remaining 3½ hours of work. No bells and whistles, but it's sufficient to get the job done. While I want to step-up to a higher model, I need a car that works ad this seems adequate for the job at hand. The team is a Class A act.

I love the people there . I just have one problem. That is don't let them talk you into the not the extended warranty, but the extra one with that. When I bought my Equinox they said it covers everything interior and exterior. Even if you get a dent in the vehicle or a tear in the fabric. I had a problem with two tires that split and the tires they said were discontinued, but they didn't replace them, I also have a problem with the seat belt clip hitting the center console and they won't do anything. ...

Service was ok, long wait , but I was a walk-in for oil change, so I understood that. However, the rep I had was not the cheeriest. Not blatantly rude or anything, just not real friendly either.
