The service advisor, Jake Ernst, was very accommodating but the service department wasn’t able to remedy my issue as I was told they need to receive a fix from Chevrolet. Jake said I would be notified when they have a solution. I will wait to hear from the service department. Hopefully that will be soon.

Kristen setup the appointment with Ken who passed me on to Bill. Was shown several models, but Bill fit my finances perfectly by recommending the 2018 Trax, that I drove off the lot the same day, and work with Doordash the remaining 3½ hours of work. No bells and whistles, but it's sufficient to get the job done. While I want to step-up to a higher model, I need a car that works ad this seems adequate for the job at hand. The team is a Class A act.

Very pleasant and easy prosess

I love the people there . I just have one problem. That is don't let them talk you into the not the extended warranty, but the extra one with that. When I bought my Equinox they said it covers everything interior and exterior. Even if you get a dent in the vehicle or a tear in the fabric. I had a problem with two tires that split and the tires they said were discontinued, but they didn't replace them, I also have a problem with the seat belt clip hitting the center console and they won't do anything. ...

Had a great sales guy Ian Manke and did his best to help me get what I needed. I hope he is there to help in 3 years when my lease is up. Great job Ian.

Jake was helpful and easy to work with. He was knowledgeable regarding the vehicle we were interested in and we got my daughter into a car she really likes and can afford.

I was very happy with my experience at Basil. Ian the sales rep, was patient with me and my questions and respected my budget. Anthony in finance was easy to work with and let me know about a tire/rim only package through GM which was more affordable for me (I leased). Would definitely go back !

Service was ok, long wait , but I was a walk-in for oil change, so I understood that. However, the rep I had was not the cheeriest. Not blatantly rude or anything, just not real friendly either.

I am going through some tough times and Joe Basil came through, got me into a new lease. Saving $200 on my payment. They are the best to their customers. Dan B my sales GUY! was simply awesome to work with!!! I will be a life long customer!!!

I went in for a state inspection, on my 2018 Honda Fit. It passed inspection with no problems, but we were texted an offer for my car, so I took the offer and got myself a 2021 Chevy Trax. I am extremely happy.
